Cate Le Bon / Mug Museum CD

Cate Le Bon recently re-located from her native Wales to the emerging Los Angeles neighborhood of Highland Park. Her third album, Mug Museum, is a record made with the type of clarity that a change in perspective only allows. Welsh-- Californian is a phrase that captures the albums sound: woozily melodic, dreamily confident and wrapped in a hazy psychedelic gauze.
